For any vehicles manufactured after 1st January 1973 it became legal to have reflective plates, black digits with a white background for the front and black digits with a yellow background on the rear. These plates were originally made of aluminium but gradually superceded by acrylic/plastic plates. Please note that font styles may vary from the samples photos below.

Raised riveted reflective plastic digits (digit style may vary) on aluminium background.

These will come as standard with an aluminium bevelled edge 

 

 Raised riveted digit reflective (Digit style may vary) also available with flat black aluminium border as above.

We can also offer a great new alternative, the new Vision pressed reflective aluminium plates available either plain or with the GB Euroband. Please note that 'normal' oblong plates are 520 x 110 mm but Vision plates are 520 x 120 mm because of the designer lip. That is the only size available in Vision.
